Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI) at NICE in Philippines Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain data models.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Conduct predictive analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity with best practices for governance.
• Integrate data sources into Power BI with various teams.
• Create automated reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions for optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date with BI tools, technologies, and trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, M, and DAX.
• Experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms (preferred).
• Experience with version control tools (preferred).
