Capital Equipment Sales Representative at Lindemann Metal Recycling in the United States Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market potential for capital equipment.
• Achieve sales performance and increase market share.
• Understand customer needs and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a good company image through exceptional service.
• Pursue development of new applications and markets.
• Evaluate reports to make key business decisions.
• Follow up on proposals and maintain open proposal reports.
• Act as local customer contact for capital projects.
• Use sales tools for business development planning.
• Provide quarterly product forecasts.
• Submit travel itineraries and reports timely.
• Demonstrate teamwork and respect within the workgroup.
• Ensure safe HSE practices at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Minimum of five years in field sales.
• Experience with Metal Recycling equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of shears, balers, briquetters, and their applications.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
