Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in People Operations or HR leadership.
- Experience across multiple HR functions in tech or high-growth environments.
- Proven leadership in driving organizational change and innovation.
- Experience with M&A and integration is highly valuable.
- Strong communication skills, from board level to employees.
