Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Provide strategic leadership to the sales team.
• Maintain expertise in robotic lung navigation system.
• Provide clinical education and training to customers.
• Build relationships with key clinical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns.
• Work with technical support to resolve issues.
• Recruit, onboard, and train sales team members.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of sales experience, medical device preferred.
• Experience selling in a clinical setting.
• Ability to quickly develop expertise and credibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in CRM to track strategic priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
