Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, interpret, advise on and negotiate contracts.
- Provide commercial legal advice to business partners.
- Support updates to contract templates and develop new ones.
- Prioritize and advance multiple deals on tight deadlines.
- Work on special projects and participate in trainings.
- Promote team cooperation and commitment to success.
Requirements:
- Law degree.
- 6+ years of experience in commercial contracting.
- Proficient in business English and Czech (B2+).
- Ability to support business and build strong client relations.
- Smart decision-making in ambiguous situations.
- Polish or Hungarian language is an advantage.
