Responsibilities:
- Cultivate an active educator community.
- Engage daily with followers and foster conversations.
- Manage social campaigns across all platforms.
- Create tailored content and track engagement.
- Work with marketing on editorial calendar and content.
- Curate user-generated content showcasing impact.
- Track metrics to optimize social media strategies.
- Measure impact of MagicSchool AI Pioneer program.
- Partner with product and customer success teams.
- Assist in developing referral programs.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in social media and community management.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with social media campaign execution.
- Background in education or educator communities preferred.
- Familiarity with ambassador program management preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design or video editing is a plus.
