Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and review privacy compliance documents.
- Create and review Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
- Develop and maintain privacy policies and procedures.
- Educate and train staff on privacy compliance matters.
- Identify and recommend actions to mitigate privacy risks.
- Stay updated on privacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Manage privacy-related inquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2+ years of experience in privacy compliance.
- Experience with privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA.
- Documented experience with Privacy Threshold Analysis (PTA).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Privacy-related certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM) a plus.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
