Responsibilities:
- Oversee FSS escrow fund coordination.
- Ensure FSS compliance certifications.
- Manage monthly escrow accruals and reporting.
- Partner with accountants for year-end audits.
- Submit E-LOCCS reports via HUD systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years PBS8 and 50059 form experience.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
