Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with control owners for SOX compliance.
- Document key processes, risks, and controls.
- Perform gap analysis for SOX audit prep.
- Gather evidence for control testing.
- Prepare risk assessments and control mappings.
- Track remediation items with auditors.
- Conduct SOX compliance training.
- Provide ad hoc reports on tasks.
- Handle multiple projects and diverse communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Business.
- CPA certification or in progress.
- 5+ years in audit/SOX/internal controls.
- Experience with SOX 404 and SOC reports.
- Strong project management skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
