Copy Coordinator at Sinclair Inc. in United States Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and input commercial copy into OSi traffic system.
• Work with sales to answer questions about commercials.
• Maintain commercial copy instructions and files.
• Input all commercial & promotional materials into OSi system.
• Create daily dub list for master control submission.
• Create purge lists for master control when requested.
• Maintain media library for commercial and promotional spots.
• Assist in sales order entry, copy instructions, and report processing.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in traffic or similar field preferred.
• Experience with OSI & Wide Orbit traffic systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Dependable with high standards and efficiency.
