Responsibilities:
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide remote coordination for field agents.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers.

- Assist with order and returns processing.
- Coach customers on using the CropX platform.
- Find creative solutions to new issues.
- Advocate for customer-driven product improvements.
- Develop knowledge of the CropX product suite.
Requirements:
- Agricultural or viticultural background preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Team-oriented with strong customer empathy.
- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with high-quality work commitment.
