Requirements:
- Experience in high-touch customer service.
- Background in onboarding complex products.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Calendly, Slack.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading Zoom meetings with clients.
- Passion for helping small businesses succeed.
- Spanish bilingual skills are an asset.
