- Follow GDPR guidelines in all customer communication.
Requirements:
- Proven skills in target-driven customer sales and service.
- Passionate about customer experience and advocacy.
- Ability to listen to and advise customers effectively.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Good understanding of GDPR rules and regulations.
- Ideally experience in insurance or FCA regulated business.
