Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries (orders, specs, returns).
- Communicate effectively with customers, team, and sales.
- Resolve customer problems and prevent future issues.
- Respond promptly to requests for no charge replacements.
- Work with MBCI departments to resolve issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and changes.
- Maintain customer account info and process documentation.
- Demonstrate MasterBrand’s Six for Success principles.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- College experience or 2-year degree preferred.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exceptional math skills, especially fractions.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented.
