Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.

- Act as the voice of the customer within the company.
- Guide customers through onboarding and training.
- Monitor customer health and mitigate risks.

- Manage contract renewal processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer success.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success.
- Proven track record of expanding revenue.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to travel internationally (up to 25%).
- English proficiency (Level C2); other languages a plus.
