- Manage inbound messages across multiple platforms.

- Organize conversations and optimize automation tagging.
- Manage and update the self-service knowledge base.
- Generate reports on customer issues and trends.
- Handle warranty claims with 3PL (Flexport).
- Assist with returns and refunds via Shopify.
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for productivity.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in customer support or account management.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer eCommerce environments.
- Skilled in Google Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.
- Proficient in Shopify and customer support platforms.
- Familiar with project management tools like Asana.
- Proactive in troubleshooting and improving processes.
