Responsibilities:
- Monitor international customs tariffs daily.
- Research and understand duties impacting clients.
- Manage technical workflows and their manipulation.
- Coordinate tasks across departments effectively.
- Write clear documentation on processes and workflows.
- Troubleshoot customer complaints and workflow issues.
- Ensure the PST.AG database is up-to-date and compliant.
- Follow regulatory changes and update procedures.
- Supervise large language model processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Customs Tariffs.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Expertise in legal and technical communication.
- Analytical skills for data organization and reasoning.
- Experience with US or Swiss markets is advantageous.
