Responsibilities:

• Collect, manage, and analyze energy data.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor program performance.
• Collaborate with teams to support energy efficiency programs.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Use statistical analysis to forecast energy savings.
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Create visualizations and present data to non-technical audiences.
• Maintain knowledge of energy efficiency trends and regulations.
• Assist in program evaluation and impact assessments.
• Document data practices and communicate with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Located in or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in energy.
• Experience in database management and data tools.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills for predictive modeling.
• Ability to work with complex datasets ensuring data quality.
• Experience with energy efficiency program metrics and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to convey actionable insights.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and policies.
