Responsibilities:
- Upload event details to platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform quality control (QC) to external platforms.
- Make necessary edits and updates to event pages.
- Download registrant lists from external systems.
- Manage data uploads with varying frequencies per event.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Review reports to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
- 2+ years of professional experience with information management.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Typing certification for 55 WPM.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
