Responsibilities:
- Drive client deployment process with departments.
- Track project milestones and report status updates.
- Coach and set clear expectations for process owners.
- Develop tools and best practices for client onboarding.
- Communicate proactively with clients for startup success.
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes.
- Participate in meetings for issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
