Responsibilities:

• Lead design teams and create development strategies.
• Communicate effectively with development teams and stakeholders.
• Drive commercialization of solutions to meet business needs.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability and security standards.
• Develop and document best practices for coding and data.
• Monitor projects from concept to final deliverables.
• Conduct technical feasibility analyses and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
• Work closely with product teams across business domains.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for teams.
• Mentor team members on relevant technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Information Management or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in teams.
• Strong understanding of broadband technologies and API design.
• Ability to communicate technical info to all audiences.
• Experience in telecommunications industry.
