Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement grants strategy.
- Identify and prioritize new grant opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners.
- Oversee the development of grant proposals.
- Ensure all submissions are timely and align with funders’ priorities.
- Manage all aspects of awarded grants.
- Track expenditures and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Serve as primary contact with foundation partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in grant writing and management.
- Proven record of securing six- and seven-figure grants.
- Experience in nonprofit environment, ideally in global health.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency with grants management software.
