Responsibilities:

• Direct NERC compliance program performance.
• Develop and implement NERC compliance plans and tools.
• Lead NERC compliance team and ensure standards adherence.
• Oversee audit, self-certification, and spot-check activities.
• Ensure staff resources and training for compliance goals.
• Review and comment on developing NERC standards.
• Track changes to standards and prepare for updates.
• Prepare business plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Establish and communicate NERC compliance goals.
• Prioritize NERC compliance risks and mitigation efforts.
• Maintain industry relationships for compliance promotion.
• Lead internal compliance assessments and document findings.
• Develop NERC Compliance KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support implementation of NERC-CIP program.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of management experience in NERC compliance.
• Knowledge of GO/GOP and TO Standards in NERC.
• Extensive experience in power generation and NERC compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective negotiation and diplomatic skills.
• Experience evaluating technical regulations’ impacts.
• Ability to establish trust and build effective teams.
• Strong organization, planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Initiative-taker with multidisciplinary problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and project management.
