Director of Information Security at Otelier in United States Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and reviews.
• Collaborate with teams to identify security risks.
• Develop security policies and align with business goals.
• Evaluate and select technology solutions for security.
• Monitor security threats and manage incident response.
• Ensure compliance with IT security regulations.
• Plan and implement IT and network security strategy.
• Oversee updates, patches, and security assessments.
• Recommend and evaluate hardware and software.
• Implement access controls and monitor user activity.
• Promote a security-focused culture within Otelier.
• Investigate and resolve internal and external breaches.
• Provide written reports to executive leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity.
• 10+ years of experience in risk management and security.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and security tech.
• Proficiency in C, C++, .NET, and Java programming.
• Strong understanding of security technologies and ITIL.
• Leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience with SOC 2 compliance and regulatory landscapes.
