Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the entire sales process.
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions.
- Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions.
- Foster a customer-centric approach in all dealings.
- Maintain an annual revenue quota for company growth.
- Regularly update CRM with forecasts and opportunities.
- Travel 1-2 weeks per month for trade shows and meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in military/government markets.
- Track record of successful sales of MANET/radio solutions.
- Experience with resellers and distributors at a national scale.
- US Government clearance at SECRET level preferred.
