Responsibilities:
- Lead, grow, and manage a team of Program Managers.
- Identify resource gaps and misaligned priorities.
- Work with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
- Drive yearly planning and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Define and manage operating rhythms for the Monetization team.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and make decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in managing Technical Program Managers.
- Deep knowledge of advertising platforms and software processes.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects on time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience fostering organizational growth and teamwork.
- Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
