Distributor Sales Manager at Topcon Positioning Systems in Belgium Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with distribution partners.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Increase sales and market distribution.
• Identify and engage new distributors and partnerships.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams.
• Track market trends and customer feedback.
• Report on sales performance and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in retail or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven retail product sales experience.
• Knowledge of surveying and machine control is a plus.
• Proven management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies.
• Independent, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
• Fluent in French; good English proficiency.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
