Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach calls and complete telephonic surveys.
- Coordinate with providers for client appointments and availability.
- Address inquiries about client benefits and procedures.
- Collaborate with Provider Relations to resolve provider inquiries.
- Issue payment vouchers to network providers.
- Maintain precise client records and enter referrals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Exceptional telephone customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
