Responsibilities:
- Manage internal EDI processes and implementation.
- Support Account Managers in EDI file feed management.
- Handle client and vendor interactions via email and calls.
- Perform testing and layout building for file types.
- Resolve issues related to file feed errors.
- Participate in EDI development and data pipeline testing.
- Maintain and improve internal training platform.
- Promote Flores’ core values through quality work.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of EDI experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
