Responsibilities:
- Administer IGEL/UMS console and manage thin clients.
- Provide strategic guidance for endpoint management.
- Coordinate with vendors and engineering teams.
- Oversee large or small scale hardware/software rollouts.
- Create and maintain SOPs and configuration documents.
Requirements:
- Linux administration; Ubuntu preferred.
- Experience managing endpoint devices.
- Proficiency with Dell Wyse Management Suite.
- Knowledge of iGel and automation of common tasks.
- Ability to create training and policy documentation.
