Responsibilities:
- Lead Braze’s Product Partnerships team focusing on e-commerce initiatives.
- Oversee the development and optimization of E-commerce integrations with Shopify.
- Build and maintain systems to deliver personalized customer interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to align team efforts with product goals.
- Support the growth of engineers and lead the development of best practices.
- Manage and optimize the team’s workflow, processes, and priorities.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant experience with a strong track record of success.
- 1+ years managing high-performing teams.
- Experience with agile processes and tools.
- Strong technical leadership and opinions on product development practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
- Passion for customer experience and product delivery.
Bonus:
- Professional experience building software at scale.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, MongoDB, Redis, Datadog, Kubernetes, React, Ruby, Ruby on Rails.
