Responsibilities:
- Develop opportunities and align technology offerings to clients’ business needs.
- Engage proactively with clients to provide insights and recommendations.
- Manage sales activities through calls, web meetings, and emails.
- Conduct detailed remote product demonstrations.
- Advocate for clients within the company, communicating needs and feedback.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams for product enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze client usage, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of software sales experience.
- Solid understanding of the real estate industry and technology.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and priority-setting skills.
- Experience demonstrating software products in virtual and in-person settings.
