Responsibilities:

• Maintain a robust and up-to-date pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of prospective customers’ businesses.
• Communicate and present Fuel iX solution and value proposition.
• Establish relationships with senior level contacts at target accounts.
• Articulate and educate customers on Fuel iX’s business value.
• Exceed quarterly and annual sales goals by closing new business.
• Drive solution selling and manage the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal partners and operations teams.
• Stay informed on AI, Machine Learning, and CX industry trends.
• Provide accurate sales updates, reports, and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with multi-million dollar targets.
• Experience selling B2B SaaS technology and CX solutions.
• Experience selling digital tools into the contact center space.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interest in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to communicate and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with selling an evolving product suite.
• Proven ability to grow relationships and build new business.
• Excellent time management, task prioritization, and organization.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies.
