Enterprise Growth Manager at Supabase in India Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize the enterprise sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the sales team on lead sourcing strategies.
• Align marketing campaigns with enterprise growth objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Track performance and refine lead generation efforts using data.
• Develop and manage strategic outreach programs and campaigns.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Provide insights on sales funnel performance to senior management.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience managing and optimizing sales funnels.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g. HubSpot).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
