- Account for all project costs, including risks.
- Analyze data to assess cost trends.
- Review bids and negotiate contracts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years estimating commercial construction.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints.
- Experience with Windows applications.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Degree in construction management preferred.
