Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing strategy for Clinical Solutions team.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and tactics.
• Manage annual marketing plan, tactics, and budgets.
• Oversee marketing and advertising campaigns for target audiences.
• Manage conference strategy and content development.
• Generate leads through digital and traditional channels.
• Collaborate on brand positioning and company messaging.
• Develop marketing assets and content with internal experts.
• Work with business development to provide sales materials.
• Supervise social media presence and vendor management.
• Enhance website content and manage media relations.
• Analyze marketing data to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/healthcare.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in marketing.
• 10+ years in CRO/Biotech or Pharmaceutical industries.
• 12+ years in a functional management role.
• Experience in managing and motivating teams.
• Strong knowledge of CRO services and customers.
• Proven strategic thinker with successful marketing track record.
• Expertise in multi-channel campaigns and customer personas.
• Experience with email campaigns and automated systems.
• Ability to manage projects with a focus on quality.
