Responsibilities:
- Conduct field service visits for installations and repairs.
- Provide on-site user training for Life Science systems.
- Complete routine maintenance as scheduled.
- Keep service manuals and documentation up-to-date.
- Exceed customer expectations and meet team KPIs.
- Maintain service spare parts and inventory records.
- Ensure calibration of tools and test equipment.
- Submit work orders, e-learning, and claims on time.
- Perform tasks aligned with company goals and culture.
Requirements:
- Educated in a scientific or engineering field, or equivalent.
- Background in Field Service.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Professional communication and customer support skills.
- Strong dedication to exceptional service.
- Average of 2-3 nights away per week.
- Valid BE/NL/EU driving licence.
