Responsibilities:
- Reconcile customer accounts using Excel.
- Improve efficiency of cash application processes.
- Make customer service calls to resolve issues.
- Assist in customer collections efforts.
- Resolve disputed receivables per company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams for billing issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Degree or GED required.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Prior billing or collections experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems; NetSuite a plus.
