- Identifies scope of vendors for clinical trials.
- Oversees vendor contracting and legal modifications.
- Ensures compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Manages financial oversight of vendor pass-through budgets.
- Identifies risks and develops contingency plans.
- Manages inverse logistics processes including returns.
- Provides insights on vendors in team meetings.
- Collaborates with GCS on import/export regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Skilled in vendor and clinical systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
