Responsibilities:
- Work with large, complex data sets.
- Solve non-routine analysis problems with advanced methods.
- Lead and scale a high-performing data science team.
- Build analysis pipelines to provide insights at scale.
- Develop knowledge of data structures for product development.
- Partner with engineering and product teams on major efforts.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in data science or machine learning.
- 3+ years leading a data science or machine learning team.
- M.S. or PhD in data science, ML, or related field.
- Experience with large data sets and analytical tools.
- Experience building data science models (Regression, etc.).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
