Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support internal applications software.
- Test new versions and train staff on software.
- Install and evaluate new software applications.
- Support internal hardware like laptops and monitors.
- Provide help-desk support for software-related issues.
- Prepare and modify training materials as needed.
- Schedule and set up training sessions.
- Perform backup duties in absence of regular staff.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in an IT environment.
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 platform.
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Help desk experience and application support.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is a plus.
