Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage assigned implementation projects.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Implement and troubleshoot technology in the field.
- Train Field Operation Managers during implementations.
- Travel extensively for implementation projects (80-95%).
- Support operations experiencing customer service failures.
- Create and execute KPI’s, SOPs, and implementation planners.
- Align project priorities with broader organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Logistics experience, including route management and contracting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Valid driver’s license and functional vehicle.
- College degree preferred; high school diploma required.
- 2+ years of implementation project management experience.
- Six Sigma certification preferred.
