Responsibilities:
- Build awareness around the LS&S brand.
- Run outbound call prospecting campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing and direct sales teams.
- Identify potential decision-makers in organizations.
- Track activity regularly in CRM.
- Grow and maintain client relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least one year of telesales experience.
- CRM systems experience, preferably Salesforce.
- Proven ability in a metrics-driven sales environment.
- Library operational or library sales experience.
- Strong strategic selling knowledge.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
