Responsibilities:
- Developing a thorough understanding of Acturis.
- Maintaining a detailed database within CRM.
- Assisting in developing sales strategy.
- Supporting recruitment of regional sales staff.
- Presenting and negotiating with prospective customers.
- Refining promotional material and customer propositions.
- Managing workload between prospecting and demos.
- Representing Acturis at industry events.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales in insurance.
- Two or more years in the broking industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance industry and processes.
- Experience using insurance BMS platforms welcomed.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Must be able to travel within Canada as required.
