Responsibilities:
- Develop new features with product and frontend teams.
- Keep changes small and iterate towards best solutions.
- Review Rails/database changes from engineers.
- Develop tooling to inform developers of performance issues.
- Research and implement performance improvement solutions.
Requirements:
- Significant experience with Go.
- Ruby on Rails experience is a plus.
- Experience with PostgreSQL in production.
- Familiarity with gRPC.
- Strong written communication skills.
