IT Systems Architect at Focus Group in United Kingdom Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Assess operational support systems of IT MSPs.
• Develop integration strategies for new acquisitions.
• Provide integration approach proposals to operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration.
• Develop IT vendor migration strategies when required.
• Understand IT customer journey for operational workflows.
• Identify risks in system integration and develop plans.
• Provide technical guidance for system integration.
• Document integration processes and technical specs.
• Update senior leadership on integration progress.

Requirements:

• Background in senior technical delivery or project management.
• Strong understanding of operational support systems.
• Extensive experience in strategic technology planning.
• Solid knowledge of M365, Azure, AVD, Windows Server.
• Understanding of Cyber technologies like Zero Trust, SASE.
• Experience with IT MSP platforms like PSAs and RMMs.
• Full driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize tasks.
