Responsibilities:
- Regularly engaging with customers.
- Setting joint goals with customers.
- Promoting new services to existing customers.
- Dealing with customer escalations effectively.
- Maintaining high system knowledge and awareness.
- Attending industry events to represent Acturis.
- Assisting the Sales team with onsite support.
- Managing existing customer contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- At least two years of insurance experience.
- Demonstrated IT and software usage experience.
- Client-focused with relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding communication and patience skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs.
- Full clean valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
