Responsibilities:
- Lead Java teams on complex software solutions.
- Manage team processes and work location flexibly.

Requirements:
- ~10 years’ experience with Java, Spring, Vert.x.
- Proficiency in Dutch language.
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, GCP.
