Responsibilities:
- Define and modify business process flows using ICD.
- Configure rules in Majesco System through Rule Engine.
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems.
- Prepare and execute unit test cases for features.
- Support the QA team in testing processes.
- Verify data flow during defect analysis and scripting.
- Track defects and update the status on assigned issues.
- Interact with customer stakeholders for new requirements.
- Accountable for designing and rolling out new features.
- Work with DevOps for continuous application deployment.
- Provide training and demo sessions to business users.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of development experience.
- Insurance background in Property & Casualty is desirable.
- Experience with Java and object-oriented programming.
- Proficient in SQL scripting and RDBMS concepts.
- Knowledge of SDLC processes and version control.
- Experience with ICD/ICM or Duckcreek is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
