Responsibilities:
- Manage communication for Loan Officer as needed.
- Assist in completing the Loan Application.
- Set up loan files in Encompass software.
- Complete verification checklists and disclosures.
- Order necessary appraisals and validations.
- Prepare and send out Loan Estimates.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in loan processing or LOA role.
- Experience with Hawaii loans and Encompass required.
- Proficiency with conventional and government loans.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm HST.
